The Contra Costa Cake and Sugar Art Society (CCCSAS) also called the Contra Costa Cake Club is one of the few active cake decorating clubs in the Bay Area. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the sugar arts. You do not have to have experience to join or you may be a professional with years of knowledge. Our members run the gambit of skill and experience.
Founded in 2006, CCCSAS is a volunteer organization dedicated to sharing, promoting, encouraging and spreading the appreciation and practice of the art of cake decorating and confectionery art forms. CCCSAS meets monthly and holds an annual cake show. A monthly newsletter is e-mailed to members and is full of CCCSAS information and news about the cake and sugar world.
Have you ever wondered how those decorators on the Food Network do what they do? We have an incredibly talented and knowledgeable membership who can answer your questions.
